            Olivia Olchowoj, 20, is a junior at the Pennsylvania State University and she is involved in ROTC. In order to afford the full four years of college, Olivia needed a scholarship. She was able to do so through ROTC, so she will be serving eight years after her graduation in 2022. 

 

            I asked Olivia about how Covid-19 has changed everything involving ROTC. PT, the main part of ROTC, has been cancelled. At the beginning of the school year, someone in ROTC tested positive for Covid-19. After that, PT became something that was a longshot for coming back anytime soon.
